None. We do not collect any personal information from children. Game progress is saved anonymously and tied to your parent account, not to individual children.
Is Quendell free to play?▼
The games are free to play. The in-game Spark Shop offers optional decorations and items that can be purchased with Sparks earned through gameplay.
What ages is Quendell designed for?▼
Quendell is designed for kids ages 5+. Games adapt naturally so every child can play at their own pace.
How do you verify parental consent?▼
We use verifiable parental consent methods as required by COPPA, including payment card verification. No child can create an account.
Can my child play without an account?▼
Yes! Kids can play as a guest with progress saved locally on the device. Creating a parent account lets you save progress to the cloud and access it from any device.
Does difficulty adjust automatically?▼
Yes. Every game adjusts naturally based on how your child is doing — offering more challenge as they grow and easing up when they need it. There's also a 'make easier' button.
Can siblings share a device?▼
Yes. The parent dashboard supports multiple player profiles, each with their own progress, so siblings can take turns on the same device.
Can I delete my child's data?▼
Yes, you can delete all data associated with any child profile at any time from your parent dashboard. We also provide complete account deletion.
Is there any social interaction?▼
No. There is no chat, no messaging, no multiplayer, and no way for children to interact with anyone online through our site.
How long does the adventure take?▼
It's entirely self-paced — no timers, no pressure. Kids can play a quick game in a few minutes or explore for longer sessions. A full adventure with all zones takes several weeks of casual play.
